Why'd I Watch It?: Sarah and I thought it looked like something we'd like.

What's It About?: A transgendered boy who is searching for his mother and for a purpose in life.

What'd I Think?: Cillian Murphy is really a beautiful young man, and it becomes very apparent as this movie goes on. The music of the 70s, London, the IRA, and simply fabulous clothing make this film fun to watch, but its story is also quite compelling. The end isn't wanting (like the end of Velvet Goldmine, for example), it finishes when it should, on a happy note. Well, I liked it pretty well, anyway.
